1. Service Description

Vetamerikan provides consulting services for investors wishing to access American capital markets through European platforms. Our services include, but are not limited to: risk audit, technical analysis courses, and consulting on international portfolio diversification strategies. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User (Client) is obliged to:

• Provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services.
• Understand that our services do not constitute investment recommendations or personal financial advice.
• Use educational materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Vetamerikan is obliged to:

• Provide the contracted services professionally and as presented.
• Protect client data confidentiality, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Communicate any significant changes to services or fees.

3. Limitation of Liability

Vetamerikan assumes no responsibility for investment decisions made by the client based on the information or analyses provided. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. Our services do not guarantee profits or protection against losses in financial markets. The client assumes full investment risk.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

Service fees are clearly presented at the time of purchase. Single-session courses and consultations are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable law, except for personalized services or audit packages where execution has begun. Any refund request must be directed to info@vetamerikan.com.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, any amounts paid for services not yet rendered will not be refunded, except as provided in point 4. Vetamerikan reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
